Founding Partner
Stephen holds a Master's degree in International Marketing and Management. He began his recruitment career in 2008, specialising in the Insurance and Financial Services sectors — Actuarial, Analytics and Underwriting. Recognised as one of the most knowledgeable Insurance & FS recruitment professionals across Europe with a strong focus on Actuarial and Risk, he received multiple top-performer awards before founding Montagu West to extend that expertise into Data Science & Analytics.
Stephen is backed by a team of specialist consultants across Actuarial, Risk and Data Science, who share the same commitment to genuine market knowledge ahead of every introduction.
